2. Federal Employee Benefits Analysis (FEBA) –
This is a deep dive into YOUR employees’ retirement benefits elections. Federal employees possess one of the most competitive and complex benefits packages available. At Retirement Systems Solutions (RSS), we recognized long ago that access to the correct interpretation and application of these benefits has been elusive for many employees. For this reason, all students will have the opportunity to receive a personalized Federal Employee Benefits Analysis (FEBA) on a complimentary basis. This allows them to finally tell their story!
Our FEBA process is simple:
A) We perform a Federal Service Review, collecting the details of your federal work history. This typically involves a 15-30 minute conversation and document collection/review.
B) We combine your review information with the benefits data that you have provided, analyzing your selections and prepare your Federal Employee Benefits Analysis
C) We create and deliver your comprehensive FEBA with an analysis of your federal benefits, highlighting with you ways that you can ensure that you are maximizing them.
Your FEBA should be updated on an annual basis.
