What Will My Benefits Analysis Cost? 

All Federal Employee Benefits Analysis are complimentary. RSS offers this analysis as support to the federal employee community as part of our training outreach. Since our beginning as a company we have provided this service to all federal employees on a complimentary basis.

What is a Federal Employee Benefits Analysis (FEBA)?

We have all attended training where a textbook definition of benefits is delivered and your most important question is not answered – What should I do? Our Federal Employee Benefits Analysis process, in a straightforward manner, summarizes your benefits, reviews the elections that you have made, helping you to apply your benefits to your individual circumstances.

Our process is simple:

  1. We perform a Federal Service Review, where we collect the details of your federal work history. This is accomplished in a 15-30 minute conversation.

  2. We combine your review information with the benefits data that you have provided, analyzing your selections and prepare your Federal Employee Benefits Analysis

  3. We deliver your comprehensive evaluation with a printout of your federal benefits and highlight how to ensure that you are maximizing them.

Who is Retirement Systems Solutions? 

Retirement Systems Solutions (RSS) is a team of federal benefits experts whose goal is to empower the federal employee with impactful and detailed knowledge about their federal retirement benefits and teach them how to maximize those benefits.

RSS offers the federal workforce (both individuals and agencies) some of the most comprehensive federal retirement benefits training and education available. We have over 50 years of combined experience training and teaching in the federal workplace and with individual Federal Employees counseling sessions.
